Why, hello there! I'm Karissa — and I’m deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with peace, purpose, and passion. I support women in awakening to the whispers of their soul and realigning with their life’s true path.

If you’re feeling confused, stagnant and exhausted right now, you’re not alone. I’ve been there — deeply lost, feeling like I was giving all of myself away to everyone and everything, stuck on the hamster wheel of life. I would go to bed each night completely drained, feeling further and further away from the woman I once was.

With a fresh new baby to take care of, facing recurrent mastitis and absolute exhaustion everyday, I became obsessed with all things health, wellness, and spirituality. I’ve always been drawn to the mystical and metaphysical — I’ve always felt there was more than just the 3D world we see.

I started researching, studying and learning as much as I could on how to help myself and regain my energy and vitality. Eventually, this research led me to study many intriguing metaphysical healing modalities. I learned how to read the Akashic Records and how to perform readings for other people, I became deeply fascinated with our energy and our vibrational frequency and how we can positively impact our vibration and our energy centres (i.e - the 'chakras') to better ourselves and create peace, ease and flow in our day to day lives.

Since then, I’ve uncovered so much about myself, about humanity, about our personalities, our pain, and our potential — and I love sharing this sacred insight with others.

Akashic Record Readings:

An Akashic Record Reading is a deeply intuitive and sacred session where I open your

personal soul records with your permission, and ask divinely guided questions to unlock

specific details about your soul. You don’t need to believe in past lives or have any spiritual

experience to benefit from a reading — you just need to be open. Most people leave feeling

lighter, clearer, more connected to themselves, and deeply validated. It’s like having a warm, wise,

soul-level conversation with your higher self.

Chakra Balance:

Chakra Balancing is a beautiful and deeply restorative experience designed to bring your energy centres back into alignment. During your session, I gently scan over each of the seven main chakras of your body to assess their flow and check for any blockages or imbalances.

This is an in-person experience held in a tranquil, nurturing space where you can fully relax and drop into stillness. Chakra balancing can support emotional release, energetic clearing, and spiritual reconnection, helping you return to your natural state of balance and inner harmony.
